I am recommending FolderMatch to the Team here... Many of the programmers are using WinDiff but it will not do nearly as much as FolderMatch. 

Your utility has become very handy for me. I have a lot of graphics and web files that I work on at home and at work. I'm able to synchronize files on a zip disk, then transport back and forth with ease and confidence that I have everything. I don't know how many times before when I thought I had all the files I needed, only to find out that I missed something. Backup programs are too slow and cumbersome for this purpose, and they don't display the progress as well either.
